IT Manager

About the role

Think AI is building a next‑generation compute platform where hardware and software co‑evolve. As the IT Manager you will own every technical surface that keeps the company running – from laptops and SaaS tools to the 30 kW datacenter that powers internal AI workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Provision and support end‑user devices, MDM enrollment, identity, MFA, onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Administer the corporate SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Zoom) – access, groups, licensing, SSO and security posture.
• Design, install and maintain the office network – switches, Wi‑Fi, firewall, VPN, DNS, cabling, AV and VoIP.
• Build, configure and validate Think AI Nodes from bare chassis to production, including GPU installation, liquid‑cooling loops, firmware, BIOS/BMC provisioning and OS imaging.
• Operate the HQ datacenter daily – monitor thermals, power draw, network health, firmware updates and hardware inventory.
• Lead IT security operations – patch management, backup verification, log monitoring, endpoint protection and incident response.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on IT experience covering endpoints, networking, SaaS administration and security.
• Fluent in English and native Arabic speaker.
• Proven ability to build and deploy server hardware, including GPU and high‑density rack installations.

Required skills

• Scripting in at least two of Bash, Python, PowerShell.
• Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration at scale (SSO, MFA, lifecycle automation).
• Network fundamentals: switching, routing, firewall rules, Wi‑Fi design, VPN and DNS.
• Server build expertise – chassis assembly, GPU installation, liquid‑cooling, firmware/BIOS/BMC provisioning.
• IT security operations – patch management, backup verification, log monitoring, endpoint protection.
