IT Manager – Resort Technology

About the role

As the IT Manager for Basiqat Resort, you will lead the information technology function, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT systems that support both guest experience and operational excellence in a remote resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT systems and infrastructure, including networks, servers, Wi‑Fi, and telecommunications.
• Manage hardware, software, and IT assets across the resort to ensure high system availability and rapid issue resolution.
• Administer hospitality systems such as property management (PMS), point‑of‑sale (POS), and customer relationship management (CRM) applications, ensuring seamless integration with finance, reservations, and guest services.
• Support system upgrades, implementations, and troubleshooting while maintaining data integrity and performance.
• Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures, monitor systems, and protect data against cyber threats.
