IT Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to keep critical technology running smoothly at Qiwa Technology. You will work across infrastructure, security, DevOps and application teams to ensure enterprise systems are reliable, available and performing at their best.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor health and availability of enterprise systems, applications, servers and networks.
• Manage incidents, service requests and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, DevOps, Security and Application teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Perform routine operational activities such as system health checks, backups and access reviews.
• Support troubleshooting efforts and contribute to root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain operational documentation, reports and system inventory.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards and change‑management processes.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency, service reliability and overall IT performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, Systems Administration or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, networking, applications and operational processes.
• Experience with incident management, monitoring, service requests and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, change‑management processes and operational documentation.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
