IT Project Manager

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our market research team in Riyadh. Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of IT projects, aligning them with business goals and stakeholder expectations while managing timelines and resources.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project scope, objectives and deliverables, using project management tools to track progress.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
• Monitor project performance with appropriate metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and milestones.
• Facilitate project meetings to encourage collaboration and keep all team members informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans and reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Implement best practices in project management and evaluate new methodologies and tools to improve delivery efficiency.
• Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations to capture lessons learned and integrate improvements into future projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing IT projects with a solid understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting.
