IT Security Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Security Specialist to join our cybersecurity team. You will be responsible for maintaining the security posture of our environment, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and supporting day‑to‑day security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily cybersecurity operational tasks and enforce security policies.
• Maintain and support Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) components.
• Verify that technical implementations and service changes meet security and regulatory standards.
• Monitor security consoles, alerts, and log data; escalate risks as needed.
• Assist in incident containment, triage, and response following established procedures.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, document findings, and support remediation planning.
• Support penetration testing activities and apply security best practices during system configuration.
• Provide documentation and data for internal and external audits and help close audit gaps.
• Produce technical reports on monitoring activity, tool status, and incident support.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in IT security, preferably in payments or banking.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical documentation skills and a proactive, self‑motivated attitude.
