IT Solution Analyst - eMarketPlace & CommerceTools

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced IT Solution Analyst to support the eMarketPlace platform and related digital commerce solutions. The role covers understanding business requirements, turning them into scalable technology solutions, supporting solution design and implementation, and working with business and technology stakeholders to deliver eCommerce and marketplace capabilities. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution requirements.
• Support the design, implementation and enhancement of eMarketPlace and eCommerce solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points and future needs, and define approaches aligned with enterprise architecture, security, integration and technology standards.
• Support CommerceTools and other commerce platforms, and work with solution architects, developers, product owners, vendors and business teams.
• Analyze existing systems and processes for improvement, automation and digital transformation.
• Support MACH architecture (microservices, API-first, cloud-native, headless) and guided buying and digital procurement journeys.
• Define and document requirements for eCatalogue solutions, product information, pricing and availability, and develop functional specifications, user stories, process flows, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Support integration with ERP, CRM, PIM, payment, logistics and other systems, and take part in evaluations, PoCs and vendor assessments.
• Work with development and testing teams, support system testing, UAT, defect resolution, deployment and stabilization, and prepare solution documentation.

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in IT business solutions, solution analysis, eCommerce, digital commerce or marketplace.
• Strong hands-on or functional experience with CommerceTools.
• Experience gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements and turning them into technology solutions.
