IT Specialist

About the role

As an IT Specialist at Hilton, you will ensure the hotel’s technology infrastructure runs smoothly, providing prompt support to guests and staff while embodying the brand’s hospitality values.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to technology equipment and connectivity service requests, maintaining compliance with Hilton Technology Network standards.
• Maintain and manage inventory of hardware, software, and related assets.
• Install, set up, and dismantle A/V, communication, networking, and IT equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and work areas.
• Provide end‑user training and technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Process equipment and service billing for guests, handling adjustments to ensure satisfaction.
• Document repairs, routine maintenance, and service requests, flagging issues for further attention.
