IT Specialist

About the role

The IT Specialist will ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and training support for National Guard simulators, computers, and related training equipment across all locations. This role combines hands‑on technical work with planning, reporting and administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on simulation systems and associated hardware.
• Set up, configure, and disassemble simulator systems for training events.
• Prepare and load required training scenarios in accordance with technical manuals.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and technical documentation.
• Manage equipment custody, supply operations and inventory control.
• Execute project plans, track progress and deliver technical reports.
• Carry out related administrative tasks to support operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field.
• Proven experience operating, maintaining and troubleshooting simulation systems and technical equipment.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple field sites as required.
• Saudi national citizenship.
