IT Specialist

About the role

The IT Specialist will join JHC’s office in Jeddah to ensure smooth operation of the company’s IT environment. You will be the first point of contact for users, handling daily support tickets and maintaining the reliability of network and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve IT support tickets efficiently.
• Perform user account administration, including password resets and access permissions.
• Provide email support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 configuration and delivery issues.
• Monitor website security alerts on platforms such as GoDaddy, 101domain, and Turbify.
• Support the Odoo ERP system, handling user issues and basic configuration.
• Coordinate with external vendors and hosting providers for escalated technical problems.
• Maintain office network stability and ensure consistent connectivity.
• Assist with hardware and software setup for new and existing employees.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years hands‑on experience in IT support.
• Ability to work independently and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with web‑hosting platforms such as GoDaddy, 101domain, or Turbify.
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP (or any ERP system).
• Basic network fundamentals and ability to connect operational devices to the network.
