IT Specialist – Microsoft 365 & Infrastructure

About the role

Daw, a Saudi production house, is seeking an IT Specialist to manage its Microsoft ecosystem and internal IT infrastructure. The role combines strategic Microsoft service administration with day‑to‑day technical support for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user management, permissions, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD/Entra ID, and license management.
• Configure and enforce core security policies across the Microsoft environment.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve hardware, system, and network issues, including VPN connectivity.
• Maintain and update internal IT documentation, policies, and SOPs.
• Provide daily helpdesk support: troubleshoot email, systems, printers, network problems, and set up new employee devices.
• Integrate and support additional tools such as Zoom and Odoo.
• Manage technical inventory, tracking hardware, software, licenses, warranties, and maintenance.
• Propose technical improvements to boost productivity and raise security awareness.

Required profile

• Over 2 years of practical IT experience with full proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Currently residing in Riyadh and able to start immediately.
• Strong problem‑solving and technical support abilities.
• Organized, responsible, and clear communicator.
