IT Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, and network operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining system security and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage and maintain networks, servers, systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot connectivity and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system credentials.
• Install and maintain operating systems, applications, and software.
• Perform regular system backups and support data recovery procedures.
• Monitor IT security and implement appropriate security measures.
• Maintain IT assets, licenses, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
• Support employees with Microsoft 365, email, VPN, and other business applications.
• Ensure IT systems are properly maintained and available to support business operations.
• Prepare IT reports and maintain records of technical issues and resolutions.
• Assist in implementing new IT systems, tools, and technologies.
• Follow company IT policies, procedures, and security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support or IT administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with hardware, software, LAN/WAN, VPN, and user support.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection principles is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical issues.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
