IT Specialist – Sports Organization

About the role

The IT Specialist will ensure reliable and secure technology services across Al‑Qadsiah Club’s offices, training facilities, and sporting venues. You will support staff, coaches, and management while contributing to the club’s ambition to shape the future of Saudi sports.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks and IT systems throughout the club.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, servers, printers and mobile devices.
• Manage and monitor LAN, WAN and Wi‑Fi infrastructure to guarantee stable and secure connectivity.
• Support match‑day technology, video analysis tools and access‑control systems.
• Maintain data security, backups and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Administer user accounts, permissions and access rights.
• Coordinate with external vendors for equipment and services.
• Document IT processes, system configurations and troubleshooting steps.
• Assist in planning and implementing new IT systems and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with club policies and cybersecurity standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in an IT support or specialist role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments.
• Experience with networking, servers and basic IT security.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
