IT Support & Network Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT Support & Network Administrator to maintain and support our organization’s IT infrastructure, network devices, servers, and end‑user systems in Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring reliable network connectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Assist with IP addressing, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi setup and basic network troubleshooting.
• Support administration and maintenance of Windows Server and Windows Desktop environments.
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and basic security measures.

Required profile

• Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity).
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or system administration.
• Practical experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Experience supporting Windows desktop and Windows Server environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
