IT Support – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The position provides local IT support for Futu Holdings Limited’s offices and retail stores in Saudi Arabia, working closely with the China headquarters to roll out global IT standards. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day technical assistance, equipment maintenance and basic network tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing corporate IT standards, policies and security controls.
• Support IT infrastructure deployment for offices and retail sites, including site surveys, hardware racking, cable management and system initialization.
• Perform standardized PC deployment, software installation, routine maintenance and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Inspect and maintain AV systems, access control, CCTV, IP phones and multi‑function printers.
• Administer DNS and DHCP services and resolve common network issues on user endpoints.
• Manage the full IT asset lifecycle: inventory, receipt, stock‑taking, maintenance follow‑up and retirement documentation.
• Monitor and support AD, email, NAS, virtualization and PBX systems, handling user permissions and routine checks.
• Liaise with HQ security and network teams, local regulators, auditors and third‑party vendors, reporting on‑site status and issues.
• Maintain operational logs, technical documentation and SOPs.

Required profile

• Meticulous, proactive and execution‑oriented, following defined procedures and reporting issues promptly.
• Ability to prioritize support tickets and escalate unresolved problems.
• Practical knowledge of PC hardware, Windows OS and macOS, and experience with OS re‑installation and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and typical office network fault resolution.
• Hands‑on skills for equipment installation and maintenance following SOPs.
• Basic awareness of Windows Server, Active Directory, email, NAS and virtualization.
• Basic English communication skills for daily interaction and technical document review.
