IT Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on IT Specialist to join our Riyadh office. You will maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, support end users, and ensure the security and reliability of internal systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working across hardware, software, and cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide first‑ and second‑line technical support to staff.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and device provisioning.
• Monitor system performance and resolve incidents promptly.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
• Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or administration.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of macOS operating systems.
• Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and endpoint protection.
• Hardware installation and software configuration.
• Familiarity with cloud services and platforms.
