IT Systems & Network Analyst

About the role

The IT Systems & Network Analyst will maintain, support, and optimise the organisation's IT infrastructure, covering servers, networks, end‑user devices and business systems. You will ensure availability, security and performance of IT services while contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows servers, cloud environments and enterprise applications.
• Monitor system performance, capacity and apply patches, upgrades and configuration changes.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, user accounts and access controls.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure and other cloud‑based services.
• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN and internet connectivity.
• Configure and support switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, resolve hardware, software and application issues.
• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and meeting‑room technologies.
• Implement cybersecurity controls, monitor alerts, manage endpoint protection and patch management.
• Participate in security audits, risk assessments and incident response activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering, IT infrastructure management or a similar analyst role.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms and hybrid IT solutions.
