IT Technician – Urban Mobility Projects

About the role

Indra is seeking an IT Technician to support a key urban mobility transport project in Riyadh. The role ensures the IT infrastructure runs smoothly, providing both on‑site and remote assistance to keep daily transit operations reliable and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain hardware, operating systems and applications.
• Monitor and support IT systems, networks and virtualized environments.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to software, hardware and connectivity.
• Support deployment of new applications, updates and system enhancements.
• Prepare technical documentation, procedures and reports.
• Manage user accounts, credentials and access configurations.
• Conduct functional testing of software and follow test case procedures.
• Perform safety checks and preventive maintenance on equipment.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum three years of experience in IT support or technical operations.
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, routing and switching.
• Experience with Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, Linux and VMware administration.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Oracle VM.
• Ability to create PC images, clone systems and run SQL queries.
