JCB Operator – Riyadh

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Riyadh and focuses on operating JCB machinery safely and efficiently on facility‑management and construction sites. The JCB Operator will support excavation, loading and material‑handling activities while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect JCB equipment before each use and carry out basic maintenance checks.
• Follow site plans, supervisor instructions and all health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Coordinate with site teams to prepare ground, load materials and remove waste.
• Maintain orderly work areas and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven ability to operate JCB or similar heavy equipment safely.
• Strong knowledge of site safety practices and hazard awareness.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Effective communication and teamwork with supervisors, engineers and crew.
• Ability to read work instructions, site layouts and operational guidelines.
• Valid operator licence or certification meeting local regulations.
• Physical capability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including extended shifts as required.
