Jewelry Sales Associate – Gold Seller

About the role

The Jewelry Sales Associate (Gold Seller) will work in our new branch in Jeddah, assisting customers with the purchase and sale of gold jewellery and bullion. This full‑time, on‑site position requires strong customer‑service orientation, solid product knowledge, and the ability to handle sales transactions accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Support the branch manager in achieving sales targets.
• Sell and purchase gold jewellery and bullion to and from customers.
• Welcome customers, showcase products, and address their needs.
• Arrange and organize merchandise within the branch.
• Create sales and purchase invoices, manage receipts and disbursements using the internal system.
• Secure merchandise and prevent shortages.
• Assist with gold inventory reconciliation, rotation, and relocation.
• Participate in semi‑annual and annual inventory checks and subsequent re‑organization.
• Perform any other daily operational tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0–2 years experience in jewellery, money‑exchange, or luxury retail.
• Residency in Jeddah or nearby area.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales or sales‑management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship‑building capability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
