Junior Architect – Tamheer Program

About the role

This position is part of the Tamheer Program, offering fresh architecture graduates hands‑on experience on real development projects. You will work closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams to turn concepts into built designs.

Key responsibilities

• Support architectural design development from early concepts to detailed drawings.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, presentations, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project teams on active developments.
• Help coordinate design efforts and follow up on project requirements and updates.
• Participate in design reviews to see ideas evolve from concept to execution.
• Gain exposure to materials, specifications, technical documentation, and project processes.
• Contribute fresh ideas and a new perspective to the team.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
• Strong interest in architecture, design, and real‑estate development.
• Creative, curious, and eager to learn by doing.
• Detail‑oriented with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and willing to ask questions and contribute.

Required skills

• Familiarity with architectural design and drawing software.
