Junior Brand Manager

About the role

The Junior Brand Manager will act as the strategic architect of the brand’s market presence, creating 360-degree marketing plans that blend traditional brand rigor with digital execution. Reporting to senior brand leadership, you will develop long-term brand strategies, own the promotional roadmap, and coordinate creative and digital agencies to bring the “Global Tier” vision to life across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Annual Marketing Plan and overall brand strategy.
• Manage brand positioning, guidelines, and portfolio growth.
• Lead innovation and new product development from concept through launch, including Go-to-Market strategies.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, and agency partnerships.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, sales activation, and trade-marketing activities.
• Analyse consumer insights, market trends and business performance to optimise ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and R&D to achieve business objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget and monitor campaign performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Brand Management and Digital Marketing, preferably in FMCG or fresh produce.
• Proven ability to build strategic plans and brief external agencies.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Willingness to be based in, or relocate to, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• Project‑management proficiency with Asana.
• Ability to translate consumer data and digital metrics into actionable 12‑month strategies.
• Strong presentation skills for senior‑level stakeholder communication.
