Junior Business Development Associate

About the role

Dāw, a Saudi production house focused on cinematic storytelling, is seeking a Junior Business Development Associate to support client relationship growth and business development operations. The role is ideal for an organized, detail‑oriented individual who enjoys structured, process‑driven work and thrives behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain business development documentation, trackers, and records with accuracy.
• Organise internal processes, meeting notes, action items, and deadlines.
• Prepare and format proposals, presentations, and pitch materials to a high standard.
• Support onboarding and coordination of new and existing client relationships.
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project initiation.
• Represent Dāw professionally in client‑facing interactions under senior guidance.
• Maintain and update the business development pipeline and CRM records.
• Track and report on business development activity and progress across accounts.
• Produce and refine presentations, decks, and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Assist with design tasks, ensuring visual consistency and brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development support, administration, or coordination.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Interest in the creative, advertising, or production industry.
