Junior Developer – Remote (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Next Match AI LLC is looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join its distributed engineering team. You will work remotely from Saudi Arabia, collaborating with senior architects and the core hub in Abu Dhabi to build and maintain AI‑driven HR matching platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces and backend logic using modern web technologies.
• Support API integration by documenting and troubleshooting core HR API pathways.
• Identify, debug, and resolve front‑end layout issues and server‑side script errors.
• Write and optimise basic SQL/NoSQL queries, assisting senior engineers with data management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation, API logs, and deployment workflows.

Required profile

• 1+ years of professional software development experience, internship, or a strong portfolio of full‑stack projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical training.
• Clear written and verbal English; Arabic is a strong plus for local data context.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn complex system architectures under mentorship.
