Junior Internal Auditor

About the role

Alsulaiman Group is seeking a Junior Internal Auditor to join its finance team. The role involves supporting the internal audit function by conducting performance, operational, financial and compliance audits in line with IIA standards. You will work closely with audit managers to develop audit plans and report findings.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and evaluating audit risk areas and contribute to the risk‑based annual audit plan.
• Perform audit procedures, including issue identification, criteria definition, evidence review, and documentation of client processes.
• Prepare and deliver written audit reports and oral presentations to management in a timely manner.
• Support audit management with related tasks and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Saudi national.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in internal or external auditing, accounting, business analysis or program evaluation.
• Valid SOCPA Associate Membership certificate.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and basic Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word).
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Experience using audit packages and audit management tools.
