Junior IT Engineer – Hospitality & F&B Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Engineer to support IT operations across our hospitality, catering and food & beverage facilities. The role involves providing first‑level technical assistance, maintaining hardware and software, and ensuring reliable network services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support to employees and operational teams.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, POS systems and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Assist with user accounts, system access and onboarding of new employees.
• Support network infrastructure, Wi‑Fi and basic system connectivity.
• Maintain IT equipment, software and asset records and follow security and backup procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors.
• Provide technical support across different locations when required.
• Perform other IT‑related duties assigned by the IT Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office and basic networking concepts.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality and F&B environment.
