Junior Procurement Specialist

About the Role

As a Junior Procurement Specialist, you will support large-scale infrastructure projects, including the world's longest driverless metro system in Riyadh, by ensuring the seamless flow of goods and services.

Main Missions

• Support the procurement of goods and services in strict accordance with project requirements and Siemens internal procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in logistical operations, including customs clearance, local transportation, and material tracking.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with local Saudi Arabian regulations and specific project requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Proven interest or initial experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with diverse teams and external partners.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to procedural compliance.
• Ability to work effectively within a multicultural and large-scale project environment.
