Junior Project Manager Internship

About the role

We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join Arena Middle East’s Graduate Internship Programme as a Junior Project Manager Intern. The role offers a fast‑track introduction to project management, events and operations within the construction and exhibition sector in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Support live Arena projects from concept to completion.
• Gain exposure to project management and operational processes.
• Participate on‑site, in workshops, warehouses and at events.
• Assist in procurement, production, logistics and installation activities.
• Collaborate with experienced Project Managers and senior staff.
• Follow a structured learning and career‑development plan.
• Prepare for a potential permanent Junior Project Manager position.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or early‑career professional interested in project management.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
• Parent or family sponsorship preferred.
• Ability to provide Ajeer transfer/assignment documentation.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
