Junior Sales Development Representative – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Sales Development Representative to drive top‑of‑funnel activities in the GCC market from our Riyadh office. You will identify high‑fit accounts, engage decision‑makers in Arabic and English, and set up qualified opportunities for the Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target high‑potential accounts across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC using LinkedIn, intent data and outbound tools.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach sequences (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) with personalized, market‑appropriate messaging.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria before handing them to Account Executives.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover pain points and assess buying potential.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and contact records in the CRM.
• Test and iterate outreach copy, call scripts and sequencing to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing on targeting, messaging and campaign follow‑up.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in an SDR/BDR or similar outbound sales role.
• Hands‑on experience with SaaS products and B2B sales cycles.
• Proven cold‑calling track record with measurable outcomes.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, comfortable prospecting and conducting discovery in both languages.
• Prior experience selling into the KSA/GCC market.
