Junior Sales Executive – Cloud Solutions (Jeddah)

About the role

Alnafifa IT is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to support its growing cloud‑focused sales team in Jeddah. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to learn the full sales cycle for IT solutions, engage with clients, and contribute to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound inquiries and conduct initial outreach to generate leads.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Assist with follow‑up on marketing campaigns and events.
• Schedule meetings, demos, and sales calls; capture client requirements for senior staff.
• Prepare proposals and quotes under guidance, and support RFP, contract, and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate with marketing, technical, and sales teams to ensure alignment throughout the sales cycle.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product briefings.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate eager to learn the sales process for IT and cloud services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients under supervision.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with sales documentation.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for lead and pipeline management.
