Junior School Principal (Female) – Riyadh

About the role

The organisation is seeking a female Junior School Principal to lead Kindergarten, Lower Primary and Daycare for the new academic year starting August 2026. This senior leadership position offers the chance to shape a world‑class educational environment in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across Kindergarten, Lower Primary and Daycare.
• Lead school improvement initiatives and drive academic excellence.
• Develop high‑performing teams and support staff development.
• Ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning and student wellbeing.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree plus PGCE/QTS (online degrees not accepted).
• NPQSL, CPML or equivalent leadership qualification (essential).
• Minimum 5 years senior leadership experience in Kindergarten, Lower Primary or Daycare.
• Minimum 5 years teaching experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic school improvement, staff development, performance management and safeguarding.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Female candidates only; single status preferred but not essential.
