Key Account Manager - Building Segment

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to lead our Building Segment in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on developing long‑term relationships with major construction and electrical customers, driving sales of our high‑quality electrical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic accounts within the building and construction sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute account plans, sales forecasts and growth strategies.
• Conduct regular client visits, represent MEMF in meetings, project discussions and industry events.
• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate electrical products and solutions.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, supply‑chain and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide regular reports to management.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, account information and forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of sales experience in the building segment of the Saudi market.
• Proven track record in key account management, B2B sales and business development.
• Strong knowledge of electrical products, building systems and construction projects.
• Established relationships with major contractors, consultants and developers is highly preferred.
• Analytical and business‑planning skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
