Key Account Manager - Construction Equipment

About the role
The Key Account Manager will drive sales growth and expand market presence for construction equipment within the commercial‑vehicles segment. The role focuses on building strong relationships with government, fleet and private‑sector clients while promoting products and achieving revenue and market‑share targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets for construction equipment across key accounts.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and product teams to set monthly and quarterly objectives.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor performance and take proactive actions to ensure targets are met.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers in government, fleet and private sectors.
- Prepare compelling business proposals and coordinate smoothly between internal and external parties.
Required profile
- Customer‑centric mindset with strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving results and continuous performance improvement.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation capabilities.
- Solid financial acumen and business understanding.
- High proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, numerical and presentation skills.
Required skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive industry, preferably in construction equipment or related manufacturing.
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
