About the role
Axis Communications is seeking a Key Account Manager – End Customer to join its Riyadh office. The role focuses on driving sales and expanding relationships with large end‑customer accounts, delivering Axis security‑surveillance solutions across Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned end‑customer accounts.
- Develop and execute business plans to grow existing and new large accounts.
- Coordinate 360° customer engagement with internal teams including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineers and Post‑sales Support.
- Identify and influence key stakeholders and ecosystem partners, and manage strategic account activities.
- Represent Axis at trade shows, market events and industry associations to raise brand awareness and uncover opportunities.
- Maintain accurate account information and activity logs in Salesforce.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience with high‑value solutions and strong business acumen.
- Ability to understand customer needs and craft compelling value propositions.
- Transparent, loyal, team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to challenge processes.
- Willingness to travel domestically within Saudi Arabia and occasional international trips.
