Key Account Manager - Food Services

About the role

The Key Account Manager – Food Services will lead the traditional food service sales team in Jeddah, driving growth and ensuring commercial excellence across the Saudi market. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with food service accounts, expanding the customer base, and delivering revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the traditional food service sales team to achieve consistent field performance.
• Set targets, routing plans and call schedules, monitor results and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular ride‑alongs to assess quality, coach selling skills and identify development opportunities.
• Identify, prospect and onboard new traditional food service accounts using territory mapping to unlock white‑space.
• Negotiate listings, pricing and initial order terms in line with commercial policy and execute structured call cycles.
• Ensure product availability, prevent stock‑outs and strengthen loyalty through NPD, promotion communication and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Protect cash flow by monitoring receivables, credit limits, aging and escalating risk while resolving customer complaints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years full‑time experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Proven track record in managing key accounts and leading sales teams.
