About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive commercial growth for our Beauty Modern Trade business in Saudi Arabia. This customer‑facing role focuses on delivering strong performance across assigned modern‑trade accounts, ensuring disciplined execution of business plans, promotions, trade spend, and store‑level delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Beauty Modern Trade business in KSA by managing key modern‑trade customers.
- Drive performance through execution of customer business plans, promotional activities, trade‑spend management and accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with customers, field sales, category teams, operations and internal stakeholders to close performance gaps and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure Perfect Store execution, manage claims and trade‑spend processes, and contribute to S&OP alignment.
- Negotiate with customers, influence commercial decisions and monitor promotional ROI.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer‑facing management with a strong track record in selling, influencing and negotiation.
- Solid FMCG background, preferably in Personal Care, Beauty or Home Care categories.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to use data and insights to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
- Experience in eCommerce or marketing is advantageous.
