Key Account Manager

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at Nuclei, you will be responsible for owning and expanding strategic bank relationships across Saudi Arabia and beyond. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring high client satisfaction while driving adoption of Nuclei’s SaaS marketplace and subscription bundles.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic bank accounts, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Build strong relationships with senior bank stakeholders, including digital‑banking heads and product leads.
• Tailor proposals to each bank’s customer segments and digital strategy, leveraging Nuclei’s marketplace solutions.
• Coordinate with internal product, technology, and operations teams to ensure timely integration and launch.
• Monitor account health metrics such as usage, transaction volumes, and adoption, driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Provide feedback to shape Nuclei’s product roadmap based on market and customer insights.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience, preferably in fintech, banking or SaaS.
• Based in Saudi Arabia (mandatory) with excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong relationship‑building ability with senior decision‑makers, a solid business sense and comfort with enterprise SaaS sales cycles.
• Self‑starter, proactive and able to work in a dynamic, agile environment while collaborating cross‑functionally.
