The role supports the growth of key pharmaceutical accounts and the development of new business opportunities across the Saudi market, working closely with clients and IQVIA's analytics, consulting, technology and delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of pharmaceutical and life sciences accounts, building strategic account plans and a healthy sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and senior decision-makers, and position IQVIA as a strategic partner.
- Develop tailored client solutions and proposals with analytics, consulting, technology and delivery teams, and present them to clients.
- Take part in commercial discussions and contract negotiations, coordinating proposal development, pricing and internal approvals.
- Ensure smooth handover to delivery and stay engaged to secure client satisfaction and follow-on opportunities.
- Track revenue, pipeline and account-growth objectives, give regular forecasts and updates to the Business Unit Director, and adhere to IQVIA's governance and compliance standards.
Required profile

- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Required skills
- Relationship-building, stakeholder management, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand complex client needs and turn them into business solutions.
- Analytical mindset, structured approach to pipeline and account management, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
