Key Account Manager – Pharmacy Automation (Jeddah)

About the role

The Key Account Manager will drive revenue growth and profitability by promoting and selling Pharmacy Automation products, solutions, and services across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with Ministry of Health stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the adoption of BD solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities for Pharmacy Automation products and relevant stakeholders within assigned accounts and territories.
• Develop strategic relationships with key Ministry of Health decision‑makers to expand market presence.
• Lead engagement with government healthcare institutions and support successful implementation of automation solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solution‑design teams to develop customer opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with regional sales strategies.
• Achieve annual sales, revenue, and growth targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers and decision‑makers.
• Manage complex multi‑account agreements and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy or a related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of consistent performance.
• Experience in key account management or strategic account development is preferred.
• Experience working within multinational or international organizations is advantageous.
