Key Account Manager – Riyadh

About the role

Responsible for developing and managing customers in the construction and infrastructure sectors in Riyadh, with a focus on major contractors, infrastructure projects, and key accounts. The candidate should have construction machinery sales experience, be familiar with the Saudi construction and infrastructure market, possess strong key account development capabilities, and be able to provide representative sales cases from major projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key customers in the construction and infrastructure sectors in Riyadh.
• Proactively visit construction companies, infrastructure contractors, and key project customers, building relationships with owners, procurement managers, and project managers.
• Identify sales opportunities from major projects, equipment purchases, and replacement needs, continuously developing new business.
• Provide suitable construction machinery products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage the complete sales process, from needs identification and product recommendation to quotation, commercial negotiation, and order closing.
• Continuously follow up on key projects, submit sales forecasts, customer visit reports, and market information.
• Collect industry trend, competitor, and pricing information to support product and sales strategies.
• Achieve sales targets and key account development goals set by the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Engineering, Business or related fields.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in construction machinery or a related industry.
• Proven experience with customers or projects in the construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong new‑customer development and key‑account relationship management capabilities.
• Good commercial negotiation, communication and project execution skills.
• Familiarity with the Saudi market; local customer resources are a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic communication skills are preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and ability to travel frequently for customer visits.
