Key Account Manager – Supermarkets & Hypermarkets

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead and expand our business with major supermarket and hypermarket chains across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses exclusively on large retail accounts, handling everything from relationship management to commercial negotiations and promotional planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with purchasing, category, and commercial teams of top retail chains such as Panda, Carrefour, Lulu, and others.
• Identify new business opportunities, secure product listings, and negotiate pricing, rebates, discounts, and promotional support.
• Create and execute detailed account plans, including sales targets, visibility strategies, and growth initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, stock movement, product availability, and profitability, providing regular reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate promotional activities, in‑store activations, and shelf‑placement initiatives to maximize product visibility.
• Collaborate with internal supply‑chain, finance, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and claim management.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while reporting risks and recommendations to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, retail sales, or FMCG sales.
• Hands‑on experience working with major supermarket and hypermarket chains in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving account growth.
• Strong understanding of supermarket account processes, including listings, category reviews, annual agreements, and trade marketing.
