Key Account Sales Specialist

About the role

The Key Account Sales Specialist will drive poultry feed sales in the Khamis Mushait region, building and maintaining strong relationships with large poultry customers. The role combines field‑level technical support, order coordination and proactive customer service to achieve sales targets and ensure farm performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and grow poultry feed sales within the assigned geographic area, meeting monthly and annual targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits, identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
• Serve as the primary daily contact for large poultry accounts, handling order follow‑up, delivery scheduling and credit limit management.
• Coordinate orders with planning and logistics, monitor truck availability and proactively inform customers of any delays.
• Visit farms to collect performance data, provide basic feed handling guidance and report issues to technical teams.
• Register and manage customer complaints, work with quality, nutrition and operations teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and credit limits to support collections.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in poultry feed sales or related key‑account management.
• Proven ability to maintain long‑term customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with a customer‑focused attitude.
