Key Account Sales Specialist

About the role

The Key Account Sales Specialist will support the execution of Barns’ retail sales strategy by ensuring in‑store excellence, tracking product performance and coordinating with retailers and e‑commerce platforms. The role focuses on delivering commercial agreements and activations across modern trade, general trade and online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Implement commercial agreements (including BDAs) with retail partners, ensuring deliverables are executed both in‑store and online.
• Conduct regular store and account visits to monitor product visibility, stock levels, pricing accuracy and promotion execution.
• Monitor on‑shelf availability, address stock or replenishment issues and coordinate with supply‑chain and sales teams.
• Manage day‑to‑day coordination with retailers and e‑commerce platforms for listings, offers, content accuracy and visibility.
• Work across modern trade, general trade and e‑commerce channels to ensure consistent brand execution.
• Liaise with merchandising teams to maintain planogram compliance and optimise shelf presence.
• Track retail performance metrics, competitor activities and in‑store insights to support business decisions.
• Support new product launches by preparing stores, raising staff awareness and confirming listing execution.
• Follow up on delivery schedules and retail feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Submit daily and weekly reports on store performance, field issues and retail updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of retail field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food & beverage sectors.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
