Key Account Specialist - Tamheer Program

About the role

This is a customer-facing Key Account Specialist role within GE HealthCare, part of the Tamheer Programme, a six-month on-the-job training initiative for fresh graduates. The specialist supports sales and account management, maintains and grows relationships with assigned accounts, ensures customer satisfaction and contributes to business objectives. The role operates within established processes and guidelines, with some autonomy in decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales activities for assigned accounts; adding new customers is rare and subject to review.
• Assist in managing key accounts within the business group/P&L.
• Develop working knowledge of GE Healthcare products, solutions and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the senior commercial team to execute strategies and achieve targets.
• Understand key business drivers and contribute to team objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customer satisfaction from understanding unmet needs to overseeing project execution.
• Provide accurate documentation, reporting and updates on account activities.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders, explaining technical and commercial information.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, Radiology, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in sales or account management, preferably in healthcare or imaging solutions.
• Saudi nationality.
• Not registered in GOSI in the past 6 months.
• Eligibility for the Tamheer programme.
