Kids Club Attendant

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant ensures a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children at The Ritz‑Carlton Amaala resort. You will maintain equipment, enforce facility rules, and support guests, including those with disabilities, to deliver a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and enforce recreation facility rules and regulations.
• Monitor activities, respond to emergencies according to local procedures, and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Clean, maintain, and inspect recreational equipment and supplies.
• Wash, mop, and keep the recreation area tidy.
• Identify situations where guests may be unsafe and inform supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and appearance.
• Protect guest and coworker privacy and security.
• Anticipate and address guest service needs, including assistance for individuals with disabilities.
• Support coworkers by clarifying tasks and fostering positive working relationships.
• Read and verify information, inspect tools for defects, and use computer or point‑of‑sale systems as needed.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 lb unaided, over 50 lb with assistance), and moving in confined or elevated spaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of related experience in a recreational or hospitality setting.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site and meet the physical demands of the role.
