Kids Club Entertainer/Animator (Full‑time)

About the role

The Kids Club Entertainer/Animator will create a warm, fun and inclusive environment for children and their families at Raffles The Red Sea. You will deliver personalized service, ensure safety, and uphold the luxury standards of the Raffles brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional service to children and parents, fostering engagement and repeat participation.
• Organise and lead daily entertainment programmes, including games, arts & crafts, storytelling, sports and themed events for various age groups.
• Maintain a safe environment by following child‑protection, safeguarding and emergency procedures, and keeping accurate sign‑in/out records.
• Ensure the Kids Club facilities are clean, well‑maintained and properly sanitised; monitor inventory of supplies and report replenishment needs.
• Collaborate with Recreation, Front Office, Housekeeping, Security and Food & Beverage teams to provide seamless guest experiences.
• Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions and resort‑wide celebrations or seasonal programmes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Kids Club, childcare, entertainment or hospitality setting, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an energetic, creative and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and interact with children of diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Basic first‑aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
