Kids Club Supervisor

About the role

The Kids Club Supervisor leads the resort’s children’s entertainment and recreational programmes, ensuring a safe, engaging and memorable experience for guests of all ages. Reporting to the Recreation Manager, you will coordinate daily activities, manage a team of coordinators and guides, and work closely with other departments to deliver the brand’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise daily kids‑club activities, including games, crafts, cultural events and adventure programmes.
• Lead and mentor a team of activity coordinators and guides, scheduling shifts and monitoring performance.
• Collaborate with the Recreation Manager and other resort departments to align programmes with overall guest experience and safety standards.
• Gather guest feedback, adjust activities to meet diverse interests, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Maintain equipment, supplies and safety protocols, conducting regular checks and reporting any issues.
• Prepare activity reports, budgets and inventory lists as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising children’s entertainment or recreational programmes in a resort or hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a guest‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to safety, quality and the brand’s values of respect, responsibility, passion and collaboration.

Required skills

• Knowledge of child‑safety standards and activity planning.
• Basic budgeting and inventory management.
• Proficiency in using scheduling and reporting tools.
