Kitchen Commis – Al Khobar

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Commis to join our hotel kitchen team in Al Khobar. You will support the brigade by preparing ingredients, assisting with food presentation and maintaining a clean, hygienic work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare kitchen equipment and ensure it is ready for use.
• Assemble and prepare ingredients for menu items, including simple food items.
• Assist in food preparation and service, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Support the receiving, checking, and storage of goods and maintain storage areas.
• Clean kitchen workstations, equipment and handle waste and linen.
• Uphold high standards of personal and kitchen hygiene.
• Attend all briefings and participate in training sessions.
• Adapt to additional tasks as required by the hotel’s operational needs.

• Ability to work as part of a kitchen brigade in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
