Know Your Client Analyst & AVP

About the role

The Know Your Client Analyst & AVP serves as the primary point of contact and subject‑matter expert for KYC processes supporting Investment Banking and Corporate Banking clients. You will ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high‑quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact and SME for KYC matters across Investment and Corporate Banking.
• Collect, verify and corroborate KYC/AML documentation to meet local regulatory and bank policy requirements.
• Coordinate and manage KYC cases with business units, AFC and offshore centres.
• Drive completion of new client onboarding, regular reviews and event‑driven reviews.
• Implement new or updated KYC requirements, documenting changes in local desk‑top procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to meet productivity and SLA targets.
• Serve as escalation point, navigating the organization to ensure timely resolutions.
• Support the bank’s strategic objectives and maintain alignment with division priorities.
