Laundry Assistant Manager

About the role

Accor is looking for an organized and efficient Laundry Assistant Manager to support daily operations in its Riyadh hotel laundry facility. You will work closely with the Laundry Manager to ensure high‑quality service, smooth workflow, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily laundry operations and staff scheduling.
• Supervise and train laundry attendants to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of laundry equipment.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations in the laundry facility.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet the organization’s laundry needs.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Prepare reports on productivity and quality metrics.
• Fill in for the Laundry Manager during their absence.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in hospitality management preferred.
• 2‑3 years of experience in laundry operations or the hospitality industry.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills in English.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb.

Required skills

• Operation and maintenance of laundry equipment.
• Use of laundry management software.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for laundry operations.
