Laundry Attendant – Full-time

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and efficient Laundry Attendant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is essential for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our hotel laundry operations.

Key responsibilities

• Sort soiled guestroom and food & beverage linens, fill containers and label them for pick‑up.
• Identify and set aside misused or damaged linen for investigation.
• Report any foreign articles (glass, cutlery, needles) found in the linen area to the supervisor.
• Fold, roll and organize clean towels, bathrobes and room linens for distribution.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment at all times.
• Follow health and safety protocols, using personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves.
• Assist with washing towels and linens, adhering to chemical handling and lifting guidelines.
• Report equipment malfunctions or potential hazards promptly.
• Support team members with additional duties in the laundry area as needed.
• Attend training and professional development sessions provided by Housekeeping and HR.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational training certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in laundry operations or housekeeping (preferred).
• Basic proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Physical ability to lift and handle items up to 25 lb regularly.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols and chemical‑handling best practices.
• Excellent teamwork, communication and a reliable work ethic.
